Robo-1 (Roundabout homolog 1) was originally identified as a neuronal axon guidance receptor in Drosophila. It is a single-pass transmembrane protein that contains five immunoglobulin-like domains and three fibronectin type III-like domains in its extracellular region. By binding to Slit family proteins, it regulates cell migration and tissue morphogenesis.

Cadherin-17, a member of the cadherin family, is a calcium-dependent cell adhesion molecule involved in maintaining tissue architecture and morphogenesis. It possesses seven extracellular cadherin (EC) domains and plays a significant role in tumor invasion and metastasis.

This is a mouse monoclonal antibody generated using the N-terminal region of asparagine synthetase (ASNS) as the immunogen. These anti-ASNS monoclonal antibodies enable the establishment of quantitative methods for measuring ASNS protein levels in cancer cells and contribute to the clinical evaluation of ASNase sensitivity during ASNase-based therapy.
