New Paper on iTAP Method Using Novel NIR Dye, in Collaboration with UTokyo Engineering
RSC Medicinal Chemistry
A new dye sensitive to the near-infrared region (maximum absorption 775 nm) has been developed in collaboration with the University of Tokyo’s School of Engineering, Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (Prof Akimitsu Okamoto). The anti-tumour effect of immunotoxin is enhanced by this dye and near-infrared irradiation (iTAP effect).
