Anti-His Tag Antibody

The OGHis Clone Developed Through Collaborative Research Between the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University
The OGHis clone is an anti-His tag monoclonal antibody developed for the detection of His-tagged proteins. It is suitable for a wide range of research applications, including Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and flow cytometry (FCM).

Designed for reliable recognition of His-tagged recombinant proteins, the OGHis clone provides a versatile tool for protein expression analysis, purification workflows, and protein characterization studies.

Anti-Robo1 antobody

Robo-1 (Roundabout homolog 1) was originally identified as a neuronal axon guidance receptor in Drosophila. It is a single-pass transmembrane protein that contains five immunoglobulin-like domains and three fibronectin type III-like domains in its extracellular region. By binding to Slit family proteins, it regulates cell migration and tissue morphogenesis.

Anti-asparagine synthetase (ASNS) antibody

This is a mouse monoclonal antibody generated using the N-terminal region of asparagine synthetase (ASNS) as the immunogen. These anti-ASNS monoclonal antibodies enable the establishment of quantitative methods for measuring ASNS protein levels in cancer cells and contribute to the clinical evaluation of ASNase sensitivity during ASNase-based therapy.
