KLF2 is an essential transcription factor for T-cell survival and migration control, as well as for suppressing inflammation in vascular endothelial cells. It plays a central role in maintaining immune system homeostasis and is also involved in hematopoiesis, B-cell differentiation, and various other biological processes.
